During the program’s duration, the following activities will take place:
- On - site activity: training, research, good and bad practices, analysis of national policies, awareness of project issues, activities to increase environmental activities
- Three short mobilities for pupils, each time with a group of six pupils accompanied by two adults. The mobilities are planned in three different countries to enhance the variety of experiences and exposure to different cultures and teaching systems. Within these offered and varied experiences, it is our aim to be exposed to new, innovative and effective methods that will lead to the lessons becoming more engaging, interesting and effective, benefiting teachers and pupil. In addition, it is our aim to assist pupils to develop digital and other skills to prepare for the green transition.
- Job-Shadowing activities planned for our teachers, one for each country involved in mobility with students. These Job-Shadowing activities aim to complete a path of growth and professional enrichment in addition to the pupils/group mobilities. The teachers will attend interactive workshops, seminars on new techniques, observation and active participation in innovating teaching method classes.
- Training for teachers in new innovative approaches to teaching to improve quality and effectivity of the educational process in classrooms both in Cyprus and abroad. Special emphasis on encouraging creativity, integrating minority groups and use of ICT as a tool for developing critical thinking.
