The last students’ mobility took place in Jaén (Il Torre del Campo) Spain, during the week of February 17–21. This mobility concluded the European Erasmus+ Program titled “Towards an Improved Learning Environment.” A group of eight students and two teachers, traveled to Spain and had the opportunity to participate in various activities and hands-on workshops related to environmental protection. They also presented their country and their school, and delivered a presentation on how global warming affects their country finally proposing suggestions for addressing this phenomenon.
Invaluable were also the guided tours of the cities of Granada and Córdoba by our Spanish partners, where we visited important landmarks. We returned to Cyprus enriched with knowledge and experiences—and certainly with more beloved friends from Spain, Italy, and Portugal
The hospitality provided by the host families and the Spanish school was exceptional. It was a valuable opportunity for everyone to exchange views on various topics and, most importantly, to realize once again that there is more that unites us than divides us.
