Within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program, children from our school visited the picturesque village of Pedoulas. During their stay at the Environmental Center, enjoying the hospitality of the place, they discovered the rich flora and fauna of the area.
Through various workshops and activities, the students had the opportunity to explore the variety of impressive plants that can be seen in Cyprus. From soil observation to plant identification, students deepened their understanding of the local ecosystem and the importance of preserving it.
Through their active participation in environmental activities and interactive workshops, students acquired new knowledge and skills that will help them become aware citizens and guardians of nature. This experience highlights the importance of personal involvement and collective action to protect and preserve the environment for future generations.
